Even though spring technically just started, the spring real estate market is already heating up across Washington County.

Here’s what we’ve seen so far in 2026 (Jan 1 – Mar 16):

🏡 184 single-family homes sold
💰 Average price: $886,895

🏢 42 condos sold
💰 Average price: $522,209

🌿 11 land sales

A few things standing out right now:

✔ The $500K–$800K price range remains the busiest part of the market
✔ Homes are typically selling in 30–60 days
✔ Inventory is still relatively tight, which keeps competition strong for well-priced homes

Today was a good day! After a lot of negotiating, strategizing, and back-and-forth, we were finally able to get my buyer officially under contract on a great home.

Real estate isn’t always smooth sailing, sometimes it takes persistence, patience, and a little creative problem solving to protect your client and make the deal come together. Today was one of those days… and it was absolutely worth it.

Now we move into inspections and the next steps toward closing. I’m already looking forward to the day I get to hand over the welcome home basket and celebrate the keys being in his hands. 🏡🔑

✨ Grateful. Proud. A little in disbelief. ✨

Being named a Top 10% Agent at Keller Williams Coastal this year is something I don’t take lightly, especially knowing where this journey began.

Eight years ago, I stepped into real estate after spending most of my career in the hospitality industry, managing weddings and large events. It was rewarding work, but it came with long hours and time away from home. As a single mom, I knew I needed a career that allowed me to build stability and be present for my kids.

After buying my home in Westerly in 2014 and falling in love with the process, I knew real estate was where I wanted to be. Still, this isn’t a business you can jump into overnight, especially on a single income, so for the first four years I did both: running weddings and events while slowly building my knowledge, credibility, and foundation in real estate.

To now see my name alongside professionals I once looked up to when I was just starting out is incredibly humbling.

Anyone who knows me knows I work hard, sometimes to a fault, and I will always go above and beyond for my clients, friends, and family. This recognition is truly a reflection of the trust so many of you have placed in me over the years, and I’m deeply grateful for that support.
