This one actually officially closed while I was out of town this week! 😍 (Shoutout to Faith Byas, Realtor for going in my place! 🫶🏼)

Jackie, my seller had been so patient!
We met for a listing consultation in April, ended up signing papers & putting a lockbox on it same day & actually put it under contract before it ever hit the market! Sadly, that deal fell apart & we had to start over. It officially hit the market in May & we went under contract the 25th with me representing both parties! My sweet buyers had been hunting for a home for a few weeks now, 2 offers & no luck! Then we saw this one, & they instantly knew this was it! Got under contract with a home sale contingency, so we quickly got theirs listed & under contract & it felt solid! But just like with Jackie’s first go around, their deal fell apart too & the buyers had to start all over again! We eventually got their home under contract again & all was well! 🙌🏼
Through this whole process, through every twist, turn & start over- everyone was SO patient, understanding & kind. So much grace was shown!
We didn’t end up officially closing until August 11th, but the seller got to meet the buyers on the 8th & it reminded me of what all of this was for!
It was the sweetest day. 🥹❤️
