Just in time for summer. ☀️🏡🏊

Congratulations to my buyers on closing on their first home in Bloomfield!

We started this search in April, exploring everything from Fanwood to Rahway and several towns in between before finding the right fit. The transaction had a few bumps along the way, but we stayed focused, worked through the challenges, and got to the finish line.

Now they’re officially homeowners and ready to enjoy their new 3-bedroom, 3-bath Colonial—with a pool just in time for summer.

So excited for this next chapter!

We were in Cranford, NJ this morning speaking with students at Brookside Place School, Cranford High School, Orange Avenue School, and Walnut Avenue School* and celebrating the incredible donation of five highly visible, bright yellow, all weather, climate controlled outdoor AED equpment bundles by the Hooey family.

We want to recognize and thank Brooke Filosa for this awesome video to bring awarness to The Aliver Foundation because we know that by taking action together, we will change the 8% out of hospital survival rate of cardiac arrest.

*this equipment is also at Livingston School (as well as Memorial Field- both also underwritten by the Hooey Family, Memorial Fieldhouse & Adams Fieldhouse (funded by the Jaycees), Hanson Park (funded by the Cranford Rotarty) and all Union County managed parks, including Nomahegan.

Inventory is up, but that doesn’t mean the bidding wars are over.

Union County had 581 homes on the market in May—the highest May inventory we’ve seen since 2021. But we’re still sitting at just 2.21 months of supply, well below the 4-6 months typically considered a balanced market.

More choices? Yes.

Less competition? Not necessarily.

The New Jersey Bookstore Crawl is happening this weekend, with more than 70 independent bookstores participating across the state.

Local stops include Cranford Bookstore and The Town Book Store in Westfield, but it’s also a great excuse to discover some new-to-you bookstores around New Jersey.
