September, so far.

If the Union County real estate market felt a little different this summer, the numbers back that up.

Inventory is up significantly and buyers have more choices — but home prices are still up, and the best homes are still seeing plenty of competition.

So no, I wouldn’t call this a buyer’s market. It’s a more nuanced market, and that makes pricing and strategy even more important heading into fall.

More inventory doesn’t mean the bidding wars are gone.

Showed 6 homes yesterday. Five had something that made my buyers pause. Then we walked into #6 and immediately knew.

Kind of a perfect example of what I’m seeing in the market right now. More homes are sitting, but the good ones? Still very competitive.
