Westfield's July numbers tell an interesting story. 🏡
The average sale price reached $1.52M, up 12% year over year, with homes selling for an average of 107.2% of asking.
But the number I'm watching? Inventory is up 44%.
Buyers have more choices, which means pricing and presentation are becoming even more important for sellers.
