9 years ago I closed escrow on my first home. Crazy how time flies! It was (one of) the best decisions I ever made on my own. I was young, nervous, overwhelmed, but ecstatic to be a homeowner. If you’re waiting for the right time to purchase your first home, or an investment property…don’t overthink it, just do it. You’ll always second guess the timing, and wonder if it’s the “right” decision, but in the end you’ll never regret it! ❤️🙏🏻

Closed escrow last week on this Woodland Hills home! The seller is now able to move onto the next chapter of life, and the buyer is going to completely reimagine the property. It’s always my favorite when both parties are happy, they meet, and everyone is able to agree on price, terms, and is ultimately content with their sale/purchase. Real estate does not need to be cutthroat with only one party “winning”…it’s about getting everyone to give and take and understand the long term goal is what is most important!
