To all the AMAZING mamas out there making it look easy (and other days it looks frazzled/hairy/exhausting), you are changing the world one little person at a time.

I’m so grateful to live in a place where we can easily escape to the beach for a reset. Today we did a 3-hr guided bike tour around Santa Monica and Venice and it was just what the doctor ordered. Love these people and happy to be called their mom. Best Mother’s Day I could ask for!

This one was a rollercoaster! 🎢 From the start we knew we were competing against the exact same model that had been listed for a while without any action, so we needed to highlight what made this townhome so much better…the superior location and one of the only units with a desirable yard. Luckily we found the perfect buyer at our first open house. This lovely buyer almost didn’t come to the open house because of an upcoming trip that she assumed wouldn’t work with the timeline of buying this home.
But I assured her she could absolutely get all her paperwork and inspections done before she left by working with the incomparable . She is a pro and gets it done.👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼
Well, that ended up being the easy part, as we dealt with a slew of other challenges like appointments at foreign embassies and rehoming an antique piano the day before closing. All in day’s work! So happy for my sellers as they close this chapter and embark on their next adventure.
