Absolutely. In fact I have Two clients right now buying homes in the 150k or less range. For lending, this can be a little more work to get done due to fee regulations, and my pay is super slim because all other third parties involved must be paid before me, but I firmly believe EVERYONE deserves a home of their own no matter the price point.
