Arbor Oaks Condos HOA

Hello everyone. Gary here.
Susan Lapham and I came back from our vacation a week ago Saturday. While we were gone Xfinity/Comcast made some changes to their system that messed up all our texts and emails.
I know people have turned in Alt/Mod forms and submitted questions.
Please be patient while we wait for them to correct the issues and we process everything that was sent in.

We have several new co-owners to our community. We would like to welcome them to Arbor Oaks. If you see someone you don't recognize, please take a moment to stop and introduce yourself and welcome them to our wonderful community. For privacy purposes we will not be listing there names on this social media platform. 😊

Please remember that all parking pads are for guest parking. Co-owners should not be using them for long term periods or over night parking for there personal vehicles. We continue to receive complaints that this is a problem. We appreciate everyone's cooperation regarding this matter.

If a package was delivered to your address in error, please let IPM or a board member know. A co-owner received notification that UPS delivered a package to them, but they never received it. Thank you 😊

Any changes or modifications to the outside of the condos, big
or small require an approved alt mod form from the HOA board. This includes the deck, lighting and landscaping for example. NO WORK CAN BE PERFORMED UNTIL YOU HAVE WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE HOA. No exceptions!

Please remember that trash pickup for our community is on Thursday. Your trash container should not be put on the curb until Wednesday afternoon at the earliest. DO NOT PUT TRASH OR ANY TYPE OF CLIPPINGS OUT SEVERAL DAYS AHEAD. When this is done it attracts animals that are looking for food. The board appreciates your help with this matter.

The annual HOA family picnic that was tentatively scheduled for this Saturday, July 11th, is being rescheduled for later this summer. Details will be posted in a few weeks with the new date and information. Thanks for your understanding. 😊

Notification: Our annual HOA meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 13th. If you are unable to participate, please contact IPM or a board member to submit your proxy prior to the meeting. Receiving all proxies is necessary to achieve a quorum for the meeting. Thanks 🙂
