Congrats to my clients on the sale of their gorgeous home in Wayland, which had multiple offers and sold for $200k+ over asking. We started this process two years ago and it’s safe to say we nailed the timing! They were a true dream team of a couple to work with and I wish them and their boys much happiness as they start their next adventure.
