💰 The number of sold properties over $5-10 million and the highest sold price for October of 2024:
In October, Southern California's luxury real estate market saw 132 notable sales within the $5 million to $9.999 million range. These included 8 condominiums, 17 multi-family income properties, 2 land parcels, and 105 single-family homes. The highest sale of the month was an exceptional $9,900,000 for a quintessential Santa Barbara luxury 4 bedroom 6 bathroom 5,058 sq ft home originally designed by Reginald Davis Johnson, one of Santa Barbara's most notable architects.
