I want you to stop paying your landlord $20K+ a year without at least asking yourself what buying could look like.
I want you to stop assuming you need a big down payment or perfect finances to get started.
Consider the little house in town. The starter home. The house that isn't perfect but makes sense for where you are right now.
Especially with the end of the year approaching, it's worth running the numbers. New construction builders may be offering incentives, rate buydowns, and closing-cost assistance, and sellers may have their own reasons for wanting to make a deal before the year ends.
I'm not saying buying is automatically better than renting. I'm saying you should know your numbers before you decide it's not for you.
If you're on the fence about buying, let's actually talk about it. You might be closer than you think!
