October 2024 right now... Plan to start renewing leases and have showings for 2025-2026. Keeping rents the same. If interested to be on a list email me at [email protected]... I just checked some info available. We have the largest apartment/townhomes close to campus. We also have large attached garages. We have central air versus wall A/C. We have no parking fees. We are blessed with another full lease year. Since 2005 when I built Hawks Landing we have had mostly great tenants.

Well we are down to one town home left for May 28th, 2022 to May 2023... Hard to beat all of our amenities in a four bedroom two bath home...

As usual are best tenants seem to be the early ones who inquire. We always have some unit available from graduations... We have three carry overs and two requests for leases. That means if I get the signed leases back... We have only 1208 available. And we have two showings set up... The only reason one left is two groups fell apart.
