This was another bittersweet sale. I am grateful to have sold my Mom’s condo, but am sad to see it go. She is very happy at her new place but I’ll miss the condo. :-) Congratulations to the buyer on his first home. Thank you to Cynthia L Owens-Nix for a great collaboration as we both worked well together on this smooth transaction. There were multiple offers on this gorgeous condo, over asking, and offer accepted within a week of listing. It was a great reminder of what it’s like to be a seller, while being the agent!
