Big congrats to my buyers on scoring their first home in a great location and price point to continue growing their family and start building equity!
Delaney and I first met when she was still in middle school and I was in high school - fast forward 9ish years and we started working on her and her husband buying a home in 2021 when the market was exploding and they were still living in KC - fast forward almost 4 years later, they have since moved back home, and we were finally able to make it happen!
I truly believe in timing being everything.
