Before the first front door ever opens, thousands of hours of heart, skill, and sheer passion go into bringing the Parade of Homes to life.

It starts months ago on blueprints, where local builders, architects, and designers intentionally craft layouts around how families actually live. Then, talented local tradespeople, framers, electricians, carpenters, painters, and tile installers pour their hard work into every detail, taking immense pride in creating spaces built to last.

Finally, design teams and association volunteers work behind the scenes so you can step inside, get inspired, and feel completely at home.

The Parade of Homes is a true celebration of local craftsmanship, community, and the place we all call home.

Come see the heart behind the homes this weekend.

You think the exterior is the best part… until you walk through the front door.

Curb appeal gets you out of the car, but the real magic happens inside. From light-filled open layouts and custom kitchen details to primary suites built for real relaxation, photos just don’t do these spaces justice.

Come see for yourself during the Fall Parade of Homes. You get free access to tour brand-new completed builds across the Wichita area and find the layout that actually fits your routine.
