The Spring Parade of Homes is just a few days away, and south-central Kansas has once again been recognized nationally for our housing accessibility: Out of the 100 most populous metro areas in the United States, Wichita ranks as the seventh most accessible for young homebuyers, according to ConsumerAffairs.
“Wichita has plenty for young adults to do,” ConsumerAffairs writes. “There’s a significant millennial population: More than a quarter of Greater Wichita is 25 to 44, and the median age is 35.6 — that’s three-and-a-half years younger than the national median age of 39.1.”
Come out and see the newest homes in the Wichita area during the Spring Parade of Homes on April 11 and 12, and the following two weekends!
