I’ve met with several sellers lately who are scared to sell. They think the high interest rates, market selection and buyer demands make it tough. But don’t forget the five D’s are keeping the market moving. 1️⃣ Diapers2️⃣ Diplomas3️⃣ Diamonds4️⃣ Divorce 5️⃣ DeathThe D’s represent phases in a home buyer’s life when they need to move to a larger home as their family expands, or to a smaller house as their household contracts. These life events keep the market moving forward. So my advice? Move when you’re ready. There will never be a perfect time or perfect market conditions. You buy or sell when it’s best for you.But you should use a professional real estate agent in 98% of the circumstances. You wouldn’t get a divorce without an attorney so why would you risk your biggest purchase without professional representation? Just saying!Ready to chat about your selling or buying options?
