Time to switch up our employee of the month for October! This time, our Vice President Terri Wolfe decided to award four members of our management team that have been by her side for years and been integral parts of growing the company! Thank you to Carrie Draut for her loyalty and leadership, starting as a community manager and now excelling as our senior Community Manager Supervisor. Her cheerful optimism through thick and thin has always been extremely admirable! Ashley Brown has been an invaluable part of HMS, even filling in as our VP and now settled into her role as our Chief Financial Officer where her years of knowledge are being utilized to their fullest. Jen Lillibridge has been in multiple roles over her years with us, from community management to supervisor and now flourishing as or Account Manager Supervisor where she continues to support all aspects of our business with her wide range of knowledge. And then there's Jeff Jackson- his hard work and tireless dedication to HMS as our Maintenance Supervisor has grown our maintenance department into a force to be reckoned with! His willingness to help wherever needed even during the most stressful and busy seasons has been a huge asset to our company, as has everyone pictured here. We can't thank you enough for everything you do!

In addition to our Employee of the Month, we want to recognize our absolutely stellar assistants! Each of these ladies have become an integral part of our company's day to day operations and we are extremely proud and grateful to have them on our team! They not only handle many homeowner calls, they help each of our community and account managers with countless tasks behind the scenes as well. Thank you to Kendze, Jean, Mia, Ely, Kelle, Hillary and Nikki for all your hard work and dedication, positive attitudes and always being willing to help however you can. We appreciate you all so much!!

She has worked in multiple different positions- from the community management side to accounting supervisor- she has been willing to go where needed and is always a great source of knowledge, support and encouragement to her coworkers. In a belated, but certainly no less important fashion, I present July's employee of the month- Laura Meyers! Where to start with this woman's dedication to her job and this company... since day one, she has been helping us make the company run smoother and has resolved countless crazy technical difficulties with pool systems and has come to be known here as the Pool Master as her hard work and outstanding customer service is unmatched. Thank you Laura for everything you do!

Most HOA pools open around Memorial Day weekend, but everyone is different, so feel free to reach out to us.
