One of the questions we get all the time when meeting new people is what we do. When we say “home inspector” and “Realtor,” the response is almost always, “Oh, so you guys work together all the time!”

Funny enough… we actually don’t. I don’t typically recommend my husband to my clients unless they specifically ask for him—just to avoid any potential conflicts of interest. But when they do ask, I’m always transparent about our relationship and make sure everything is approved by the listing agent and seller.

But this week… it happened 🤍

And I’ll admit — I may be a little biased, but I truly think he’s the best home inspector in town ❤️

It’s pretty fun when our worlds overlap like that.

Seller called me and asked for us to list soon! So we did! Got it listed right before the huge snowstorm hit at the end of January. Got it under contract in 2 days! ❄️➡️📄

Local Spotlight! ❄️🍕

We ventured out last night in the snowstorm to Deano’s—and I’m so glad we did! We have a kiddo with a gluten sensitivity, so we weren’t sure ahead of time if they’d have good options for her (beyond the usual plain grilled chicken and fries she ends up getting at most places).

Turns out, they have an excellent gluten-free pizza crust! 🎉 And for the rest of us—wow—their regular pizza is AMAZING. Definitely a win for the whole family. We’ll be back! ❤️
