It’s that time! The July housing report for Sedgwick County is in!
For July 2022, statistics show active listings are up, inventory is slightly  higher and days on market is a bit longer. Average price is still higher than last year at this time. Homes are  selling for 100.5% of listing price on average.  This still shows good condition, price and location are high priorities for buyers.
