From new to Kansas friends to past clients to my own family moving - the past month has been a lot of new changes!
Moving cross country to Kansas isn’t for the faint of heart, but the Fuata family did it with patience and resolve. As an family that moves alot, having a clear idea of what they wanted in a next home was key. made their new build with great communication and quality of craftsmanship.
Katie Sullivan were growing out of their darling Woodlawn Village bungalow. They used the system to get their home sold quickly for top market value. was a dream to work with as the buyers agent. That paved the way to purchase a gardeners dream home. It’s literally a garden in their front yard. It’s a beautiful and an exciting new chapter for their awesome couple.
Lastly, and decided after 12 years, it was time to move. We are so grateful to incredible neighbors and friends who made our time so memorable. Thanks to for bringing great buyers and navigating the dynamic of working with a seller who’s also an agent. 🤪After moving and renovating, I think my new sales tag line might be “Don’t move because it’s hard - but if you have to move, use me!” 😂🤪
