Today’s behind-the-scenes moment…

I’m headed to meet with an inspector for buyers who are relocating from out of state. Since they can’t attend the inspection in person, I’ll be reviewing everything with the inspector and then meeting with them virtually afterward.

As someone who has relocated before, I know how stressful it can be trying to make decisions about a home and neighborhood from hundreds of miles away.

Being able to help ease some of that stress is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

Two homes. Two first-time buyers. Two completely different journeys. 🏡🧡

This weekend, I had the privilege of getting two buyers under contract.

One buyer is relocating and trusted me to be their eyes and ears through virtual showings and a competitive market.

The other had a simple goal: a garage. In fact, he joked that he wanted a garage that came with a house. 😄

Different priorities. Different paths. Same exciting outcome.

I’m incredibly grateful these buyers trusted me to help guide them through such an important milestone. Today, I’m just celebrating with some very happy future homeowners. 🏡
