This could be incredible - if you pay your rent on time 😎. It looks like rent payments can be factored into your credit scores. So if you don't have the credit card/loan history built up, there is a chance your on-time rent history can help with obtaining a Fannie/Freddie mortgage loan.

Hopefully, more competition and a decrease in reinsurance costs will result in better prices!

I'm proud of this one. Wesley Chapel has a ton of competition. New homes everywhere with huge incentives, nearby lagoon communities, and a lot of homes within the community on the market. There had been zero comps sold in this incredible community in over a year, but plenty on the market. So I am thrilled that we were able to make it happen!
