This could be incredible - if you pay your rent on time 😎. It looks like rent payments can be factored into your credit scores. So if you don't have the credit card/loan history built up, there is a chance your on-time rent history can help with obtaining a Fannie/Freddie mortgage loan.

There had been zero comps sold in this incredible community in over a year, but plenty on the market. So I am thrilled that we were able to make it happen!
