Last year I took a huge leap of faith! I separated from the Air Force and went straight into a full-time project management job, while still working as a Realtor on the side.

By March of 2025, I had a strong feeling it was time to go all in… and I’m so glad I listened! 🙏

Let’s just say I strategically realigned my professional priorities. (I worked alongside consultants, iykyk 😂)

Nine months later, I landed in the Top 23% of agents in my MLS overall and the Top 11% of buyer agents.

Closing out 2025 & starting 2026 with some big wins for my clients 🏡 🎉

One of my clients walked in with $25K in equity..yes, you read that right! We snagged this home before the weekend rush, had all repairs handled, and even closed early 🙌

Another client walked in with $10K in equity + $10K in seller credits + all repairs taken care of.

And my third client took advantage of the Heroes grant + another Virginia-based grant totaling $14K! Her closing costs completely covered and her rate bought down as much as possible! A huge win!
