One of the major steps before buying a house is getting PRE-APPROVED. You wouldn’t try to drive cross country without first having directions to guide you to your destination, right? The same goes for purchasing a home. Getting pre-approved let’s you know exactly how much house you can actually afford and will give direction on which houses we actually need to be looking at. So to save feelings and time, get pre-approved!
