Now add Rules to PickShift. Rules allow you to set your own limits to how many shifts, and what pattern of shifts, your participants can add themselves to. For example: 10 shifts maximum in the month, 3 during any one week, two on weekends. See Settings | PickShift for details. There are 18 different rules you can set!

The secret to printing the schedule to fit on one page...

Select the [Print...] button on your Schedule page.

Press the Ctrl+P keys OR select [Print...] in your browser's menu to open your browser's print settings.

Select LANDSCAPE.

Under More Settings...

Set Margins to MINIMUM.
Select Custom SCALE and adjust the number to fit your schedule just as you like it.
UNCHECK Headers and Footers.

Print!

Tip: Once you create your schedule, LOCK IT. You do this by checking the LOCK Schedule checkbox. When LOCKED you will not be able to Generate a schedule to replace the current one, but you will still able to edit it. We suggest this to prevent the accidental mishap where you generate (and thereby replace) a schedule you've already published!
