Be honest. Are you waiting for rates or waiting because the whole thing feels overwhelming and rates are just a convenient reason?

Because the answer is almost never just the rates. 📉 The rates are real. But I have had enough of these conversations to know that the rates are usually the reason that is easiest to say out loud.

The harder reasons to name usually sound more like this: the process feels complicated, the numbers feel uncertain, and the whole thing feels like a lot. 😵‍💫

That is not a rates problem. That is a clarity problem. 💡 And clarity is a fifteen minute conversation.

Thirty years sounds heavy until you realize you are not white knuckling it for three decades. You are building something. 🔑 Something that is yours. Something you can hopefully sell, refinance, or pass down when the next chapter starts. ✨
