Parking lot repairs will take placeTOMORROW, Wednesday July 29th through August 5th.

🛠️ Asphalt repairs: July 29–31
🛠️ Crack filling: August 3–5
⏰ Work begins at 8:00 a.m. each day

Please review the scheduled work map carefully and move your vehicle to an unaffected area before 8:00 a.m. If you have a garage, we strongly recommend using it during the project.

⚠️ Vehicles remaining in a scheduled work area after 8:00 a.m. will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Please continue monitoring your email, posted notices, and property signage for updates.

North Gate parking lot repairs are scheduled for July 29 through August 5. 🛠️🚧

📅 Asphalt Repair Schedule:
🔵 Day 1: Wednesday, July 29
🟠 Day 2: Thursday, July 30
🔴 Day 3: Friday, July 31

Crack filling will begin on Monday, August 3 and is expected to be completed by Wednesday, August 5.

⚠️ All vehicles must be moved from the scheduled work area before 8:00 a.m. each day. Vehicles not moved will be towed at the owner’s expense. 🚗➡️

🗺️ Please review the attached map carefully and park in an unaffected area of the property. Residents with garages are strongly encouraged to use them during the project. 🅿️
