I would like to report a crime.. suspect unknown.

Just a few days ago my parsley was THRIVING! And my green beans were vining up. Then I came out this morning and all eaten up.

How do I protect my little garden?! Do I put up a fence?

✨ Welcome ✨

Hi! I’m Samantha, a Realtor® with Hickey & Foster KW, here in the beautiful state of Vermont, and this is the perfect place to start so I can become more than the face on the screen.

I was born and raised in the Mad River Valley and spent 10 years living out of state before making my way back home. There is just something special about Vermont, the mountains, the community and the lifestyle. No matter where I was, it always felt like a piece of me was missing.

Now, I’m back in Vermont raising my small human and my four-legged sidekick, and I truly can’t imagine a better place to call home.

Before becoming a Realtor, I spent three years as a loan officer. During the refinance boom, I helped homeowners and buyers understand their options, navigate the financing process, and make informed decisions based on their long-term goals. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the home buying process and taught me how important it is to look at the bigger picture for every client.

Now, as a Realtor, I get to combine that knowledge with my love for Vermont by helping buyers find the right place to call home and helping sellers move on to their next chapter.

Here on my page, you’ll find a mix of:
- Vermont real estate tips and market insights
- Hidden gems and adventures around the state
- Life as a Vermont mom
- Occasional appearances from my four-legged assistant
- Behind-the-scenes moments from life as a Realtor

Whether you’re thinking about buying, selling, relocating to Vermont, or simply love following along with life in the Green Mountain State, I’m glad you’re here.

I would love if you stayed with a follow.

Part 3: Vermont dedication has taken over this week, but more specifically Mad River Valley.

Not only did I grow up learning to ski, then race now my small human has also been able to spend the last few years learning how to ski… and when that wasn’t enough a quick jump down to Splinters and they were a snowboarder.

With two mountains to pick from, a variety of terrain, Sugarbush is my pick for Best Place to Ski/Ride.. I mean look at that improvement?!

Deadline to vote is June 15! So get your vote in.

Excited to see what next season brings!
