As the snow and ice finally begin to disappear, it’s the perfect time for a "water walk" around your property!

🌷 Mid-March in Minnesota is the most critical window to see exactly how your land handles the melt.
Before the spring rains arrive, take a few minutes to check these high-priority areas:
• Watch the Flow: Walk your property line while the snow is melting. Is water moving away from your foundation, or is it pooling in areas it shouldn't?
• Gutter Check: Ensure your downspouts are clear of debris and extending at least 4–6 feet away from your home. A small adjustment now can prevent a massive headache later.
• Walkways & Driveways: Look for "ponding" on your hardscapes. If water isn't draining correctly, it can seep into your basement or cause shifting and cracking once the ground thaws completely.

🛠️Pro Tip: Catching a drainage issue during the melt is much easier (and cheaper!) than fixing water damage inside your home later this summer.

We are still on track for our Community Night this Friday March 13th @ 6pm followed by our opening of the doors for business March 14th @ 11a.m.

We hope to do a Grand Opening once all aspects of the restaurant is open and operational.
