Congratulations to my amazing clients on the purchase of their very first home here in Wilmington! This one is extra special because it marks such a big milestone for their family and the start of a brand new chapter!

We first connected during their initial home search and spent time in an in depth buyer consultation really dialing in what would make the most sense for their lifestyle, their goals and their future. Based on those conversations, we ultimately decided that new construction in a community with strong amenities was the best fit. From there, we found a builder community that checked all the boxes and offered incredible incentives, including lower interest rates, closing cost assistance and move in packages that made the process even more exciting!

Of course, no transaction is ever without a few bumps along the way. Right at the finish line, we ran into an unexpected issue with their lender and financing. With that being said, we were able to quickly pivot, get them approved with a new lender, and keep everything moving forward so we could get them to the closing table as smoothly and quickly as possible!

I am so grateful they trusted me to guide them through this process and help them take this next step. Helping clients navigate these moments and find the right solution is what it is all about. I cannot wait to see them settle in and make this house their home!

✨ April Recap ✨

April has been such a special month, both personally and professionally and one I know I will always remember! With baby boy’s arrival quickly approaching, I have felt so grateful to continue doing what I love each day while serving so many incredible clients during this season of life!

Despite being in the final stretch of pregnancy, business has not slowed down one bit and honestly, neither have I! I firmly believe that staying in my routine, continuing to work with buyers and sellers and showing up for my clients has been such a gift throughout this pregnancy. I truly believe keeping a sense of normalcy, purpose and momentum has played a huge role in helping me feel my best these past several months.

This month included a wonderful mix of clients buying, selling, going under contract and preparing for exciting moves ahead. April wrapped up with 5 clients under contract and 3 closed for an under contract volume of $2,482,240 and a closed volume of $1,605,849.

As I head into this next chapter, I feel incredibly thankful for the trust my clients continue to place in me and for the amazing team behind me that helps make it all possible! m has meant so much during this season. I am so excited for all that is ahead, both in business and in life and I cannot wait to continue serving this community through it all!

We are so excited for our baby boy, and getting closer to meeting him feels more real every single day! It honestly seems like he could decide to make his arrival at any moment which has us feeling all the emotions!

We cannot wait to finally meet him and start this next chapter together! With that being said, if he would not mind hanging tight just a little bit longer until our house is ready, that would be great (kidding, kind of)! Until then, we will be soaking in these last moments just the two us, finishing the nesting process and counting down the days until he is here!

This season of life has made me more grateful than ever for the people around me and I truly do not know what I would do without this amazing team of women beside me! Pregnancy has been such a special chapter, but also one that has required me to lean on others more than usual, and they have shown up for me in every way.

Through the busy days, the appointments, the exhaustion and all the moments in between, they have stepped in with support, encouragement, patience and so much grace. To know that I have a team I can trust as I head into postpartum brings me so much peace and I am beyond thankful for the way they continue to carry so much alongside me!

More than coworkers, they are true friends and that is the greatest gift of all. I am so grateful to do life and business with women who uplift each other, love so well and make every season a little lighter! 🤍

Congratulations to my clients on going under contract on their beautiful new home in the Harbor Club community of Hampstead!

Over the past year, I stayed connected with these amazing clients as they explored the idea of buying and what the right timing would look like for their next move. This spring, with their lease coming to an end, we reconnected and jumped back into the search with fresh momentum. After touring a few options together, we ultimately landed on this beauty that checked all of the boxes and was in their dream location!

And just like that, we are less than one month away from the most beautiful chapter of our lives beginning. It is hard to put into words how much love we already feel for our sweet baby boy and how much our hearts have grown before he has even arrived. The days suddenly feel slower, sweeter and filled with so much anticipation for the moment we finally get to meet him.

This season has been one of reflection, gratitude and realizing how quickly life can change in the most incredible ways! We know that very soon our world will look different in the best possible sense with tiny feet, late night snuggles, sleepy smiles and a love deeper than we ever knew existed. We already know he is going to change us forever.

Baby boy, you are already so loved beyond measure! We cannot wait to hold you, learn you, guide you, and watch you grow. We are now less than one month until we become your mom and dad and without a doubt, that will be the greatest title we have ever had!
