Pt 2. Rangos de Puntaje de Credito y significado 🏠

Para mis latinos en 🇺🇸, aquí les dejo un chart con niveles de crédito que les ayudará a tener una idea de qué nivel de crédito necesitan para poder comprar su casa. Si están empezando a prepararse para comprar su primera casa, les recomiendo tener un crédito entre 700-740. Esto les permitirá obtener una taza de interés más cómoda cuando vayan aplicar por el prestamos, claro, dependiendo del precio de la casa que quieren comprar y cuanto vayan a poner de su propio dinero.

Everyday is a new day to learn something new that would help you elevate in life. When you are determined to achieve something in life, no matter the obstables life throws at you, stay focused, disciplined and don't let fear overcome you and most important always when I say always, I mean it, keep God 1st.

My dream was to once own a home, and continue building a real estate portfolio. With my own grind and God's blessings we at house # 2 and more to come.
