WARNING: Cold weather in the forecast!

It looks like temps are going to dip into the 20's again in a few days so lets make sure you're prepared! We had an over abundance of calls a couple weeks ago for frozen/BUSTED pipes so here are a couple tips to hopefully save you some moolah and a headache 😊

1. Insulated Spigot Covers (one for each outdoor spigot)
Detach your garden hose, put the cover over the spigot and relax!

2. Heat lamp (in pump house or closet)
If you have a separate pump house or storage closet for well water, just grab a heat bulb and proper bulb holder. Mount it in the space and keep it on overnight or when temps are below freezing!

3.Leave the faucet dripping
Now I know this one seems a little funny but letting the faucet drip overnight could be just the thing to keep those pipes from busting. You could use the kitchen faucet, any bathroom faucet or even the tub.

Well folks, tomorrows the big day! All of next week I’ll be working with some amazing people on the filming of a new TV series called Devine Renovation! I’ll be the “Handyman Personality” and will be working along side a number of volunteers, a film crew and Mr. Erik Estrada (as the host!!) to help various family’s in our community with their home repair needs! You’re definitely gonna wanna check this show out! It’s going to be great!

Take a look at our most recent !!! We converted this laundry room/Jack and Jill bathroom into a beautiful and bright hallway bath, turning this home into a 3 bed 2 bath!

Even though we ran into substantial subfloor damage and replacement, we were able to turn this outdated laundry room/bathroom into a hall bath to die for!
