The tax records indicated 2750 sf on this home built in the 1990s. I measured it few days ago and it’s approximately 3388 sf. The home has a heated Sunroom and FROG which apparently were excluded in the Gross Living Area (GLA). It’s why you can’t assume the tax records are accurate when selling your home and pricing it based on Size & Location!
