Hi, I’m Briana, the face behind the “just checking in!” emails, friendly reminders, deadline tracking, and all the little details happening behind the scenes of your transaction. 👋🏼

I’ve always loved organization, details, and making things run smoothly, so transaction coordination feels like the perfect fit for me. I genuinely enjoy being behind the scenes, keeping everything on track, anticipating what’s coming next, and helping make the contract-to-close process feel a little less overwhelming for my agents.

When I’m not coordinating transactions, or even when I am 😉, I’m usually at home with my husband, Thomas, and our son, Wyatt. 🤍
