Every ✨sold✨ is special but this one was a little EXTRA special - one client got to move across the state + start a new chapter while the buyer bought their 1st home in Kentucky!! 💗

When the sellers came to me they were stressed. Worried about selling while moving hours away and ideally needing a quick selling process. I went over my selling guide, we talked price + strategy. In less than 2 days we had multiple showings + an accepted offer 🙌🏼

I was blessed to also get to represent the buyers who saw my sign in the yard + gave me a call. They rented near by + were currently out of town but really wanted to see the home. We scheduled a time for a virtual showing + the rest is history ✨

So happy + grateful for both my buyer + seller!
