In 2006, he married his lifelong partner, and together they have raised three beautiful children. He returned to real estate in 2007 with First Team Real Estate in Temecula just as the historic housing market downturn began. Navigating those challenging years shaped Jason’s approach today; he learned to respect the numbers, stay grounded under pressure, and guide clients with honesty and sensitivity during volatile market conditions. During the height of the housing crisis, Jason moved to San Jacinto to assist his parents with their primary property and their assisted residential home care business in Hemet. This experience deepened his appreciation for the trust involved when families make major life transitions. Following this, he returned to the coffee industry to manage a wholesale service and equipment division. During those eight years, Jason also earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, sharpening his expertise in systems and strategic planning. In 2025, Jason’s journey came full circle.
