Becoming a Realtor is just finding out how many texts it’s humanly possible to send in a day😂

Here’s where so many real estate agents get it wrong 👇🏻

Using your sales volume as a marketing pitch? Great. Until your buyer feels like just a number and realizes that their agent cares more about their leaderboard status than treating their investment journey with intention.

In many cases, bragging about sales volume can do more harm than good. When a home buyer hears those numbers, their immediate thought isn’t always “Wow, they’re so impressive!”

Instead, it’s often: “How can they possibly give my transaction the individual care, legal protection, and strategic negotiation it deserves with that much on their plate?”

Buying a home isn’t just a transaction, it’s likely the largest financial investment of your life. You deserve an advisor who treats it like one, not an agent who is just trying to check off another multi-million dollar milestone to brag about in the next sales meeting.

I don’t measure my success by the volume of houses I close. I measure it by the depth of care, market data analysis, and seamless client experience I bring to every single family who trusts me with their future.

Orlando has officially been named the number one best city for coffee lovers!!! As a local who knows these neighborhoods inside and out, I can definitely see why we won! Beyond our theme parks, we have a booming local business scene with some of the most unique, high-quality craft coffee spots you will find anywhere. From remote work hubs to cozy weekend morning spots, the caffeine game here is unmatched.

To celebrate our new title, I am sharing a few of my absolute favorite spots that are worth the trip:
Three Birds Cafe
Haraz Coffee Orlando
DEEPLY CAFE & BOTTLE SHOP
NEW GENERAL
Piccolo Coffee Co.

Whether you are looking for a neighborhood with a walkable coffee scene or just want to chat about your real estate goals over a great cup of local brew, I would love to help you find your perfect corner of the top coffee city in the nation!☕️

Whether you are buying your first home or selling your current one, navigating the housing market is a lot easier when we are speaking the same language!
For me, nothing beats seeing my clients fall in love with a property and getting them the keys to their new home!

What’s your real estate love language?🏡

This is exactly why I do what I do🥹👇

Reading words like this from my customers reminds me that real estate is never just about houses—it’s about people, chapters closing, and beautiful new beginnings. Buying or selling a home is a major life milestone, and being trusted to guide Enid through every step of the process is a privilege I don’t take lightly. We were able to turn her family’s dream of bringing her parents closer to her and her husband into a reality. There is nothing more rewarding than creating a strategic game plan alongside my customers to help them achieve the milestones they’ve spent years working toward. To my amazing customers: thank you for letting me into your lives and trusting me with your next big step!

If we haven’t met yet, hi—I’m Kristi! ☀️
I’m a Central Florida native of nearly 30 years and a true lover of all things local. There’s honestly no greater joy for me than helping people find their own perfect slice of the Sunshine State to call home. Whether you’re relocating, upgrading, selling, or buying, I’d love to welcome you home. Let’s connect!🌴🏡 DM me or click the link in my bio!
