Lock it in before you unlock the door.

2. Whether for yourself or your clients, ALWAYS find a way to negotiate. From seller-covered commissions to creative concessions, never leave money on the table. Get it in the bag.

3. Level up from the generic open house experience. Go the extra mile. Skip the boring sign-in sheet. Opt for custom favors, custom flyers, QR codes, and personalized touches. Make every prospecting buyer a real, high-intent lead in your pipeline.

4. Stop apologizing for being young or fresh to the industry. Turn your age into your ultimate leverage. Remind clients that you have the raw energy to preview 10 homes a day, the tech literacy to market listings where modern buyers actually look, and a schedule that isn’t bogged down by fifty other clients.
