An old co-worker of mine reached out to me almost 2 years ago and told me that at one day she would buy a house. This year, after hundreds of hours and saving *thousands* of tickets she posted that she won the biggest prize that was available at her favorite arcade.... an X-Box 😂

I reached out to her and told her I was proud of her... But asked her if she was ready something that can earn her some money back -- Maybe a house??! She agreed and said it was time to let the arcade life go.

Thanks to a 0% down program that my Northstar lending partner, Brian Gagnon had been mentioning to me - he was confident that my clients would qualify for a plethora of loan types. Within 2 days, Brian had them pre-approved and our search started.

We saw a few houses, and when they walked into this one - it was meant to be. So, I opened up my laptop and wondered how I could craft an offer that even Mario and Luigi couldn't refuse. Sent the offer off with my fingers crossed and we got an almost instant acceptance from the sellers. Simple negotiations, easy process... and to make things even better, we were clear to close in 10 days. Game OVER!

With such a large piece of property, we doubled down on a premium photo package with drone footage to market to the masses - resulting in 2 packed open houses! We quickly went under contract in just 7 DAYS, and to the closing table in under 2 weeks!

This transaction couldn’t have been more smooth thanks to Co-broke, Michael Jacobson. As well as .lender.lady , and at & photo extraordinaire
