Oldefield Farms Enfield… it was so wonderful to meet the sellers of this property and be able to get them such a good price for it. It’s easy to command a good price when it’s obvious how well you care for a place. This 2 bed, 3 bath unit was so clean and meticulously cared for… some places require a lot of prep… others like this one… not so much!! We met with the sellers, made a plan based on their needs, went to market and after just a couple days of showings had lots of great options to choose from. We are all delighted that the new buyer is so excited to be able to call this home. Congratulations to all!! 35 Oldefield Farms closed April 15th. Vicki represented the sellers…. Now is a great time if you’ve got a condo to sell!!

Some projects take more time than others…. after a number of delays, we were so thrilled to see the buyers of this newly constructed home in Suffield, Connecticut on Kings Meadow, finally close and start to move in! There are lots of choices to make with a new construction project…can’t wait to see the final finishes on this house come together for the buyers… make sure you have a solid punch list before you close on a new home!
