Hey Y'all! I have been living at the beach all summer and loving it!!! ⛱☀️🐠🌴 Yes, I've been beachin' it and enjoying life, however I have been working and playing at the same time. I have several new properties that will be available very soon. I recently bought a small fixer upper home and it sold immediately. Also, I’m working on a remodel in the Windsor area and I'm thinking it will be a rental property, AND, I am currently under contract to purchase my first OBX rental property....real excited about this one!!!
