Today I took Jack to the Pediatric ENT to make sure his tonsils didn’t need to come out- thankfully, they don’t! And even better, when I mentioned to Dr G that I would like to explore options for taking out my hearing aid “post”, she said, “let me grab my screwdriver and I’ll take it right out for you today!” 15 years of this thing making me crazy with soreness/infections/irritation/sensitivity and she just took it out in a snap. So much relief already. So crazy to return to her as an adult with my children for their appts and she still ends up treating me 😂 I even got to keep the post! So, i have a hole in my head for a bit until it heals over the base but what a great day 👍
