We’ve been a little quiet on here lately… and that’s usually a good sign.
Last Thursday marked the closing of 3 properties for our clients 🔑 🏡 . 2 on the buy side and 1 on the sell side. What most people don’t see is that getting a property under contract is just the beginning. From there, it’s all about navigating inspections, negotiations, financing, and making sure everything comes together as smoothly (and stress-free) as possible.
And we’re not slowing down, 3 more buyer clients are currently under contract, and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.
One that really stands out is 1924 Lake St in Wilmette, currently pending for our buyers and even featured in the New York Times. Truly one of the most unique homes I’ve worked with, it has an incredible blend of character and creativity. From the lush, sun-drenched greenhouse space filled with greenery, to the warm interiors and surrounded by mature landscaping, it’s a home that feels completely one-of-a-kind the moment you step inside.
We also have clients under contract at 2409 The Strand in Northbrook, buyers who stayed patient for nearly 2 years waiting for the right opportunity. When it finally came, they knew immediately. That moment makes all the waiting worth it.
On the flip side, we have buyers in Lake Bluff who saw a home for the very first time and moved quickly ⚡ . They recognized the location and potential right away and trusted their instincts—because to them, nothing could beat that opportunity.
If there’s one thing I continue to learn, especially during a busy stretch like this, it’s that every buyer’s journey is completely different. Some take time. Some happen fast. But everything tends to unfold the way it’s supposed to.
I know this market can feel overwhelming; especially for buyers. It can be competitive, unpredictable, and at times, frustrating. But your home is out there.
And when you find it… you’ll know 🤝 .
