This means that if your down payment is less than $15,000 dollars, you can roll it over and use it to cover your closing costs.

This program offers a forgivable, zero-interest second lien that can be used to cover up to $15,000 of down payment and closing costs for eligible first-time homebuyers or qualified veterans.

To be eligible for this program, you must meet the following criteria:

✔️ You must be a first-time homebuyer or a qualified veteran who does not currently own another property.

✔️ Your household combined gross income cannot exceed $96,000 (for 1-2 occupants) or $112,000 (for 3 or more occupants).

✔️ The purchase price of the home you're buying cannot exceed $385,000.

✔️ You must have a minimum credit score of 640 middle score.

✔️ First-time buyers must complete pre-purchase education.

✔️ You must provide 3 years of tax transcripts, W-2s, paystubs, and verification of employment for all jobs from the past year (or a profit and loss statement if self-employed).

✔️ Non-occupying co-borrowers are not allowed.
You must qualify under existing Conventional, FHA, VA, or USDA underwriting.
