Then come back to your own home and ask yourself:

Every home is usually a balance of 3 things:✔️ Price✔️ Location✔️ Amenities/Condition

You might find the perfect location… but the house needs updating.

Or maybe it’s a brand-new home with amazing features… but it’s in an up-and-coming area farther out.

The key is understanding your priorities before you start house hunting.

Ask yourself:➡️ What am I willing to compromise on?➡️ What can I change later?➡️ What truly matters most for my lifestyle and long-term goals?

Most buyers don’t get 100% of everything on their wishlist — but the right strategy helps you find the right fit. 💡

It was Take Your Kid to work day and I’m so proud of my kiddos. D learned the four components of a mortgage payment and B did math problems of mortgage amounts minus rent amounts. We also visited a house where they listed their pros/cons. Grateful for days like this!
