A recent article from Florida Realtors shared that about 85% of homeowners say they didn’t have key information before starting the homebuying process — especially when it comes to financing, down payments, and loan options.

The average rate on a 30-year mortgage fell to 6.84% from 6.85% last week. Rates on 15-year mortgages declined to 5.97% from 5.99%.

Did you know you can have different markets within a Geographic area?

Take this snap shot of unincorporated Winter Park. $300-399K price point had 33% of sales as cash sales and only 1.7 months of supply. That is a highly competitive market for buyers. Same zip-code in the $400-600K had 25% cash sales and a more balanced 4.1 months of supply. Buyers at these different price points will have different strategies.
