If you haven’t tried her 🎂 cakes your missing out. They are so beautiful and delicious😀

Tres Leches cake, delicious, but avoided at fancy celebrations for its moist makes it unstable for layers or decorations. Usually presented in the same ugly sheet that it was baked in, and covered with a much thick layer of whipped cream for all decoration.

Latin Americans’ favorite cake deserved a little more respect, so I made this fault line version filled with a natural strawberry and mascarpone cream, and covered with a chocolate fault line to avoid leaks and sliding. Would you allow it now it at a fancy celebration? 🍓 🍰

Tres Leches, inequívocamente un favorito entre los comensales, pero no en las celebraciones formales porque su exceso de humedad no permite agregarle muchas capas o decoraciones.
Normalmente se presenta en la misma horrenda charola en la que se horneó y cubierto con una capa muy gruesa de crema chantilly por todo adorno.

El pastel favorito de Latinoamérica merecía más respeto, así que acá está mi versión rellena con una crema de fresa natural y mascarpone e impermeabilizada con una cubierta de chocolate para evitar derrames y derrumbes. ¿Lo presentarías ahora en tu mesa formal? 🍓🍰
