As a traditional Pilates lover - both reformer and mat, & a strength training girly, I can’t wait to try this! Solidcore is not traditional Pilates & it is not Lagree, there are similarities.

Most importantly, just like traditional Pilates, the instructors are required to go through a higher level of training and certification to teach classes.

Sign me up! Who’s coming with me to a class!?!?
