Jason involved us from the initial inspection period, strategizing construction budget & exit strategy. He was then able to use the information gathered to renegotiate stronger terms with the seller to assure a safe and sound investment.

💡For those not familiar, the BRRRR Strategy is a the process of Buying, Renovating, Renting, Refinancing and Repeating! Its a Strategy used by savvy investors to hold properties for long term wealth building and that's exactly the goal.

👉Our first event was wildly successful with 50+ like-minded professionals IN THE ROOM! Guest Speaker John Anserson with Blue Cedar Property Group put out an informative and inspiring presentation capturing his 3+ year experience in real estate investing and new construction development after exiting a W2 career in data analytics.

Check out one of our latest projects! A Detached ADU, which in this case is an expansion of an existing 2 car garage converted to a 3 car garage with a 2nd level.

This ADU was approved "By-Right" as a part of the new Massachusetts guidelines as a cooperative effort for affordable housing opportunities. This addition will serve the clients extended family, consisting of a full open concept, 900 sq ft 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath unit. The below space will be a designated garage, mudroom and entrance to the ADU providing a turn key experience and affordable alternative to assisted living. There will be a large deck leading out to the in-ground pool and beautiful backyard.
