Jason involved us from the initial inspection period, strategizing construction budget & exit strategy. He was then able to use the information gathered to renegotiate stronger terms with the seller to assure a safe and sound investment.

💡For those not familiar, the BRRRR Strategy is a the process of Buying, Renovating, Renting, Refinancing and Repeating! Its a Strategy used by savvy investors to hold properties for long term wealth building and that's exactly the goal.

Check out one of our latest projects! A Detached ADU, which in this case is an expansion of an existing 2 car garage converted to a 3 car garage with a 2nd level.

This ADU was approved "By-Right" as a part of the new Massachusetts guidelines as a cooperative effort for affordable housing opportunities. This addition will serve the clients extended family, consisting of a full open concept, 900 sq ft 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath unit. The below space will be a designated garage, mudroom and entrance to the ADU providing a turn key experience and affordable alternative to assisted living. There will be a large deck leading out to the in-ground pool and beautiful backyard.

We utilized every square inch of this space with features like extra closet space, under-staircase storage, built-ins below the laundry, a walk-in tub and walk-in shower! This space is truly an amazing experience ✨️ 🙌

Building or renovating?

To meet today’s energy codes, spray foam insulation is often the best solution. Closed cell is dense and acts as a strong air and moisture barrier, while open cell is less dense and helps complete the R-value more efficiently.

The key is knowing where and how to use each. In many cases, combining both allows you to meet code requirements while controlling costs.

There are also code details most people miss, like fire rated coatings when spray foam is exposed versus using drywall as a barrier.

Understanding these decisions upfront is what separates a standard build from a properly executed one.
