This is a deal that has been 2 years in the making! I'm so excited it's here. A lot of negotiating went into this, and lots of teamwork with me and my buyer. Really happy him and his family got it. Did a lot of creative thinking, but ultimately won this one! It can be difficult sometimes, to a point where you want to give up. I will tell you, this would have never happened if the buyer and me just gave in to the frustrations and time delays on everything. But we stayed at it, and here we are! Sometimes victories take time, but patience and perseverance always pay off! Congratulations Dakota and Lisa!

Congratulations to my buyers who got an accepted offer on the first house they wanted! They had just started looking, and fell in love with this property. There were competing offers, and we talked about what is winning in todays market, and they were ready to roll! I always love first time home buyers because the excitement and energy they put into a property makes it so fun! We ended up getting a sellers credit, and a home warranty with the home paid by the sellers, which is huge. You don't see those deals very often these days. This just shows you things are changing and opportunities are still out there for buyers!

Congratulations to you Juliana! This woman here is an inspiration! We closed on her first home back in June, but because of the rent-back we gave to the sellers, her official move in day was this week! Buying a home is centered around team work between you and the buyer. Juliana was on the ball and always easy to get ahold of, which makes this process so much more smooth in such a fast market. Wow! What a week! Congratulations to my buyer who was super frustrated with the market, and was feeling helpless and not excited. Our Inside agents team listened to this client, made her feel heard and valued. It's safe to say we turned that frown upside down and I was able to get her the home she wanted at asking price! It's been a week of wins, and I am overjoyed for my clients! Let's gooooooo!

Congratulations to my buyers Neha and Abhishek on purchasing their first ever home!! Doing follow up calls with listing agents, finding out the sellers motivation, and creating a relationship with good communication is a great way to set yourself up for a win! We got this home $7,000 under listing price with inspection contingency, because we were the first to put in an offer, and we gave tight deadline for the acceptance. A little back and forth, but ultimately won a perfect home below purchase price! This is not common in this market, but if you find an agent who is willing to do the work, opportunities open up!
