Our team is currently standing in the bottom unit of a three unit property that we recently added to our portfolio.

This property is in the process of being renovated, and due to previously installed and incorrectly routed plumbing, water has been pouring freely into this unit.

It’s important to vet your contractors and make sure their not cutting corners.

Luckily for our new partners, this mess will all be cleaned up in a matter of minutes and this apartment will be completely renovated/up to code in just a couple of weeks.
